Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a talented group of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation, driving the development of new technologies and solutions
- Lead the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager (or a similar leadership role) within the tech industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working in early-stage startups is a plus
- Fluency in English
